Abilities
Static Charge
Whenever a creep enters within 1000 range, this tower applies a debuff on the creep that periodically stuns it for 0.1 seconds and deals 200 spell damage to it every 1 second.
The debuff is removed if the creep is attacked 1 time.
Repeated applications will stack damage and attacks required to remove the debuff.

Level Bonus:
+10 damage
Specials
x1.5 spell crit damage (+x0.02/lvl)

This is the discussion thread for the tower Rubble of Static Charge (1921)

Creator's comments for this tower:

Should probably pick an icon first, then build a model; it's getting hard to pick an even remotely suitable icon.
Also, about the plain model --- it spews lightnings erratically (has a lightning kind of buff effect inside the rocks), which I think adds enough flavour to it, but maybe not.

I like the concept, but maybe is it a bit weak ?

From what I understand, building only one instance of this tower is not viable. You have almost neglibible damage, and you would need some crazy scheming to be able to get even 2 stacks on a creep without it getting attacked first.

But, building several of these is veryy expensive for what they provide imho. Correct me if I'm wrong though :P .

Maybe lower the goldcost and put it in the uncommon category ?

There are often a lot of creeps that don't get attacked, because everything attacks the first creep that comes into range, then they switch to the closest target when that creep goes out of range and that closest target is often the same for most if not all towers. Note that being damaged is different from being attacked.

Later members would add 2/3 attacks required on each application.

Exact numbers are subject to change, sure.

The ability is too special to be in uncommon.

Fair point about the turrets' focus fire. Just wanted to share my opinion :P .

I'd definitely try this out in the next update!
