Description
An incomprehensible void from which there is no escape.

Abilities
Comet
If the tower has at least 500 mana, attacks have a 5% chance to drain all mana to call down an icy comet, dealing [mana x 15] spell damage to enemies in 200 range and stunning them for 0.5 seconds. The comet leaves behind a patch of ice that lasts 5 seconds, dealing [mana x 2] damage per second to enemies within it and slowing them by 30%.

Level Bonus:
+0.4 initial damage per mana
+0.06 damage per mana per second
+0.5% slow
Entropy
Siphons energy from the last attacked enemy. Every second, the tower gains [target ' s life % / 50]% mana and the target gains a stack of Entropy. Each stack of Entropy reduces movement speed by 2% and increases damage taken from Ice, Storm and Fire towers by 4%. If the target dies while having at least 4 stacks, the tower ' s max mana is permanently increased by 15 per stack. Lasts until the target leaves the towers attack range or the tower attacks a different enemy.

Level Bonus:
-1 mana per life % factor
+0.5 mana gained per stack
Cold Void
Attack speed, trigger chances, spell damage, spell crit chance and spell crit damage bonuses on this tower are applied to Common and Uncommon Ice towers in 350 range at a rate of 50%.

Level Bonus:
+2% stats
Event Horizon
A sudden void of heat restores 100% of the tower ' s mana, reduces the movement speed of all enemies within attack range by 25% and increases damage taken from spells by 25%. Lasts 2.5 seconds, During Event Horizon, Comet has a 100% chance to trigger and costs no mana.

+0.1 seconds duration

Why Decay damage? There're no Ice Towers that have Decay damage.

I say 'why not' decay damage?
Q.no.1: Do the devs plan to keep certain elements deprived of variety?
Q.no.2: With the above question in mind, ice would be support element...so are new users supposed to play a few games (to get a feel of the game, towers, items, levels, etc), then read the forums to learn on what they missed out or still need to learn... rinse and repeat? ... only to find out that iron/darkness/astral are the game winners (or are at least safer bets for non-pros)?

races should be for the most part uniform in terms of attack types unless the tower really fits well with that attack type, that being said I highly doubt that this tower was gonna keep decay damage. Decay damage is the default damage type when creating a tower and since the person making this tower had an issue with one of the abilities and uploaded it I doubt all the kinks were ironed through and the decay damage still being there was one of them.

edit: actually i think the default is energy now that i think about it more, still oh well.

Towers are generally meant to be thematic. If you can find a good reason why it SHOULD be decay, it might pass.
That said, elemental types and balance are two very different issues. We always strive to keep all the elements balanced as much as possible, it just.... doesn't work out very well.
Ice not having decay would be a deliberate choice, since you're meant to go 2-3 elements in order to deal with all threats. No element should be able to do everything at once.

Decay was intentional, seemed it'd fit in with the void/entropy theme.

Is decay damage ok then?

Is there a way to slow enemies 100% (as per the Event Horizon ability)?

Stun is the only way to stop creeps from moving. 100% slow will find some edge over 70% slow when creeps have % increased movespeed (spd waves).
