Description
Chaotic magical energy that primes enemies for disintegration.

Abilities

The tower ' s main attacks have a 1% chance per Attraction stack on the target to send a surge of energy that deals 200% of attack damage to the target and then attempts to jump from enemy to enemy within 750 range of the original target. At each enemy, the chance to jump is calculated based on the next target ' s Attraction stacks. Can only hit each target once and benefits from Mana Storm ' s damage bonus.

Level Bonus:
+0.02% chance per stack
+4% attack damage
Arcane Attraction
Attacks apply a stack of Attraction on hit and generate 1 mana per stack on each target. Can only gain mana once per target hit on each attack. When an enemy dies, all stacks of Attraction on it will distribute evenly to nearby targets within 500 range and deal 20% attack damage per stack transferred. Attraction lasts indefinitely.

Level Bonus:
+10 range
+0.4% attack damage per stack
Mana Storm
Attacks hit up to 2 additional enemies within attack range and consume all mana to deal [mana consumed]% increased damage. Mana Storm gains an additional attack for every 75 mana consumed. If at least 100 mana is consumed, the tower ' s multicrit is increased by 3 for 2 seconds. If there are less creeps than attacks, the remaining attacks will hit the main target.

Level Bonus:
-1 mana per extra attack

Hello, tested this tower and it's just too powerful... It can clear challenge in seconds as long as creeps are close enough to each other... 3.5g+ with not really good items(at lest for this tower, i placed it for fun) and flasks. And this is with just ~300 mana and shitty mana gain(up to 160 mana gained at max). Whith obelisk of chaos(that delete armor) dmg skyrocketed up to 9g.

I agree. Have to avoid using Ashbringer's towers to keep game challenging enough. I did try this one, new ice tower, soulflame and old furnace.

Arcane Storm is a really fun tower and I love the design of it even though it's basically a copy of Chaining Storm gameplay-wise (i.e. stack heavy slows, mana, dps and win), but it's just over the top. With some slows and enough attack speed or simply with mana stones / Regen Wells you obliterate everything with obscene dps. +390k in bonus went up to 100G and more easily without trying really hard besides equipping good items, this is dozens of times more than many other physical carry towers. Even without mana or strong buffs, if you just equip something like a Heavy Gun + Beast Head, this tower is already bonkers, pretty much a free win once you build it.

Surge is probably fine since the proc chance is pretty atrocious and has a long ramp-up. I would suggest to reduce the range to 500 to match it with what I'm suggesting for Arcane Attraction.

Arcane Attraction has some problems:
1) Stacks last indefinitely, which makes this tower stronger and stronger over time in -autospawn 1 or bonus level scenario. I carried a few hours of bonus level with it and eventually the game simply stopped (not froze). Not a big deal but I don't really see a point in infinite duration pre-241.
2) Bigger problem: You perpetuate attraction stacks that pretty much kill stuff on their own. This can happen on your duo partner's lane by accident even, it appears the 750 range is too big. Tbh I was really confused about how that happened in certain circumstances because it seemed to me like it would be almost impossible to reach the other side, but somehow it keeps happening. Once the stacks are there they will stay.
3) Too much damage per attraction stack transferred.

I would suggest to give Attraction stacks a timer and / or a maximum stack size of maybe 10 and reduce the jumping range a little, perhaps simply remove the level bonus. The attack range is already insane and because of the ramp-up nature of the tower you will have creeps stacked relatively close since you need slows anyway.

Mana Storm is also problematic:
1) Too much additional damage per mana point.
2) Benefits of Mana Stone / Vampiric Skull / Regen Wells are insane. Especially with 1-2 Regen Wells you can really notice every single time mana gets replenished, you basically evaporate a whole wave at once without requiring many mana oils since the next attack will deal much more damage + hit many more targets + proc a chain of Arcane Attraction through targets dying.

I would suggest to reduce the impact of these mana mechanics by simply reducing the tower's max mana to 75 base (i.e. halfing it) or 50 base while making it a flat 50 mana required per additional attack. You don't even need to invest a lot of mana oils to make Mana Storm good and the additional damage scaling combined with more attacks just makes a crazy combo. It's fun to see these huge bursts when Regen Well activates, but even without it's very good already when you simply equip some dps.
