This cursed stone was infected by leprosy, it has lost enough power.

Abilities
Charm
Every odd hour any creep within 750 range regenerates 25% slower and takes 10% extra damage from carriers element. Every even hour such creep loses 5% of max life instead.

Level Bonus:
+1% regeneration reduction
+0.4% extra damage from element
+0.2% max life reduction

For auras with varying power you should implement the refreshAuras-setPower approach -> see kodo for an example.

You can also use some clever maths for checking the time.

This idea. Aura that either slows regeneration and amplfies damage from carriers element or reduces max life as long as the target is within aura presence
