These magic gloves add minor magic powers to each attack.

This item deals 100 spelldamage multiplied with the base attack speed of the tower on each attack.

Decrease damage to 75, otherwise it could be very imba in fast towers (since it can drop very early)

This is imba on low damage towes with high attack speed, better increase the dps instead of static damage, or add spelldamage depending on the baste damage of the tower.

75 damage is never imba. But maybe a dps compensation (dividing the damage through the tower's cooldown) could be useful.

Caged inferno is imba with every triggering item so that means the tower should be changed and not all items

You should calculate the damage with the attack speed of the tower. Otherwise this item is useless for high attack speed towers and overpowered for low attack speed towers.

75 damage with 0.2 attack speed would be 375 dps and the item "costs" only 100.

5% damage is quite a high value but it is like just a flat 5 dps increase so in my oppinion it is okay cause this item will be most effective in lower levels where towers do normaly not have that high levels
