it is an item for support towers like ray blaster or towers with dots on attacks

Hmm, the ability is still a malus nonetheless..
Maybes 15+.8/lvl? (Healthier level bonus; not like most supports would be able to take advantage of it anyway..) this would give 35% at lvl 25, but would still screw up carries in most cases, so can keep goldcost around mid tier. (wave 30)

weak? I'd put this on gatling (though slow turning speed could be annoying), crypt or grab-o-bot carry anytime, as they spam way too many projectiles per creep anyway, this will up their damage output by a huge amount (except for bosses)

I think 35% speed would be too much, there aren't that many items that offer such a huge bonus...

how about 10%+0.4%/lvl? that would make it equal to electrified horseshoe but add the random attack, this would justify being mid-level and of uncommon rarity, but you are in charge of the numbers...

Magnataur Destroyer with ligthning boots and this item completely stops his attacks. Not tested other.

I have bug late game with frozen well with this item. Only other item I have on that tower was 4x phase gloves.

This item causes bugs.
I don't know if its for all towers but it causes some towers to freeze and not attack.
It also causes them to keep on facing a particular direction.

I have seen this happen on towers like Phoenix. As soon as I take the item off its fine.

I would suggest placing this item on pending until the fix is found.
Otherwise, I would say its a decent item.

I've had it with this item. I'm not using it till a fix is found.

I just put it on my noob queen and i noticed half the wave leaked and I was like wtf?
Then I looked and I was like ohhh its that buggy item.

It's a good item but plz fix.

The item has been updated to version v7!

Creator's reason for this update:

-Recoded the item so that it doesn't employ the abhorrent unnecessary roundabout approach with auras copied from flashing grave.
-Added a 'quickfix' solution to the glitch players were experiencing. (Not fully certain of what the cause was, so the fix isn't preventative, however every three seconds the tower will get a little wake up call in case it has gone into a trance.)
-Bumped to rare.

shouldn't the attack speed be increased? for most towers it's negative to attack a random target and for the ones that can take advantage of it they aren't likely to be lvl 25 towers.
