I think there should be some conception concerning subject. Currently it's chaotic and I have some suggestions how to bring it to order. But before I proceed with it here are few questions.
1. Does this damage bonus increase spell damage as well? If I put Void Vial onto Skink, will it deal 50% more spelldmg to magicals?
2. How does it affect attack damage? Will VV multiply overall tower damage by 1.5 or just base damage?
For example Huntress has damage 3000+1000. here comes magic boss and I put VV in tower. What damage will it deal to a target?
(3000+1000)x1.5
or
3000x1.5+1000
?

It affects every type of damage dealt (including spell damage). Also, it's a multiplicative bonus so:
If your Huntress deals 3000+1000 damage and has 50% increase race bonus, she will deal (3000+1000)*1.5 = 6000 damage.

Thanks.
Now about items. I believe DCR modifier is underrated by GeX' autobalance. What is +200% to nature? It's actually a x3 critical strike every attack.
So every DCR above 30% item should have some additional positive modifier to increase it's level and goldcost. Like Shimmerweed, Sacred Halo, Railgun, Mini Sheep etc.
Such items like Void Vial, Decapitator Axe and Toxic Chemicals do not fit this conception and thus should be changed. Sucona is a nice example of what OP item is.
